1. before we install camera, connect your phone to 2.4G wifi . Skip This Steps If Your Wifi Only have 1 Channel ( Average is 2.4G and 5G )

2. Android phone please turn on location.

3. Download '360 Smart Camera' from Apple Store or Google Play. allow all permission when install 360 app.

4. Register your account by Email or Phone number.

5. Add camera and follow App instruction.

Please Select the correct option for Device installation.

Press and hold reset button till you hear beep.

6. Android Phone select wifi(2.4G)

Click onto the X icon if your Wifi unable to detect or shown no Result Manually Key in after Clicked the X icon

7. Key in wifi password.

Note:

a. Key in your Wifi Name Exactly shown on your wifi Setting Page(Double confirm the Wifi Name is correctly key in , one wrong in numeric , alphabet or symbol will lead to unsuccessful set up)

b. iPhone User Please Check For auto spacing after key finished your wifi name.

c. Key in correct password, better check with other family member(they have changed password)

 

9. Send sound wave to camera.

10. Connect to wifi successfully. ready to use camera.

 

11. If You Encounter Adding Camera Error Please select the BACK option and check the main page is there any camera appear on your account .

12. Connection check list

e. Key in your Wifi name exactly shown on your wifi setting page(double confirm the Wifi name is correctly key in , one wrong in numeric , alphabet or symbol will lead to unsuccessful set up)

f. iPhone user please check for auto spacing after key finished your wifi name.

g. Key in correct password,  If password appear wrong please ensure with your family member did anyone changed the password without your notice . 

h. If you had encounter adding camera error please select the BACK option and check on main page had the camera been added in .

13. FAQ

How to share camera to other family?

Each of the camera only can set up on 1 account(for safety issue), do not repeat the same installation step on other account as the camera only bind to 1 account.

If you want other family members to Join , you can directly let them log in to your account(Email or +65your number)

on their phone and they will be able to view it (up to 3-4 ppl log in same account)

they can download the 360 apps and create an account themselves and you invite them in as a guest user to view Only (no user limit)

What if i changed phone?

Download app and log in same account(Email or +65your number)

What if i changed phone number?

log in your previous account(Email or +65your number)-camera setting-unbind camera from your account, log out.

register new account and install camera.
